Brent partners with business clients across Central PA on financial reporting, tax planning, and growth strategy — with a particular focus on multi-state filings and construction industry clients. He also prepares individual tax returns.

David is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, federally authorized to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the agency. He specializes in individual and small-business tax preparation and resolution, as well as non-profit and gift tax returns.

Kelly is an Enrolled Agent serving individual and small-business clients on year-round tax planning, preparation, and representation before federal and state taxing authorities. As a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, she also provides the firm’s investment and financial planning advice.

Bob is the Parks in Parks & Company. A CPA and Certified Financial Planner, he spent decades advising clients on tax planning, business structure, and long-term financial strategy. He is now phasing into retirement, and when he isn’t in the office he can usually be found in a treestand or on a trout stream somewhere in Central Pennsylvania.

Sandy brings deep experience in accounting and business advisory to the partnership, working closely with closely-held businesses and high-net-worth individuals on tax, planning, and operational questions.

Jenna handles individual and business tax preparation, financial statement work, and ongoing accounting support for a portfolio of long-standing clients. She also specializes in estate tax returns.

Maddie works across tax and accounting engagements, preparing individual, S-corporation, and partnership tax returns, along with small-business bookkeeping and QuickBooks support.

Brad supports clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation, and is often the first phone call when a small-business owner has a question about the day-to-day mechanics of their books.

Amy is the friendly voice on the phone and the one making sure your documents, appointments, and tax-season packet land where they need to. She also oversees the firm’s seasonal help during tax season.
