Parks & Company is a full-service local Certified Public Accounting firm serving the accounting, tax and planning needs of Central Pennsylvania since 1978. The firm is a member of the American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants (PSPA). Parks & Company specializes in individual and small to medium size business accounting, income tax preparation and planning. The firm also assists its clients with payroll, bookkeeping, computer consultation and representation before taxing authorities.

Parks & Company is also associated with WealthQuest LTD, a registered investment advisory firm. WealthQuest LTD is a fee only financial planning practice specializing in personal investments, 401(k) plans, SEP, estate and financial planning advice. Robert Parks, CPA, CFP

Managing Partner, Robert K. Parks grew up in Palmyra, and has worked at Parks & Company for over 30 years. “I have been a CPA since 1988, and really enjoy working with our clients on two of the most complicated areas of their financial lives, taxes and investments.”

After graduating from Drexel University in 1983, I was really interested in the many aspects of taxation. After working as an intern in the tax and insurance department at Main Hurdman (after later mergers the firm became KPMG) in Harrisburg, I started working with a small local firm in my hometown. We have now grown Parks & Company into a three partner firm that specializes in individual, corporate, partnership, non-profit, and estate taxation. We were even listed in the top 10 on the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal’s list of tax preparation firms in the area for 2015.

After I obtained my Certified Financial Planning credentials in 1998, I began to see a real need for a financial planning firm to assist our clients in 401(k), 403(b), and other retirement planning needs. I did not want to be just another financial brokerage house selling mutual funds on commission, so we stayed the course and have maintained our distinction as a fee-only financial planning firm. We have expanded our scope over the years to assist many clients that are not associated with our tax and accounting services.

Bob still lives in Palmyra with his lovely wife Janet. They also have two children, Alicia and Christopher.

Daryl Webber, CPA, MST

Daryl Webber is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Accountancy. He is also a graduate of Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science with a Master’s degree in Taxation. Additionally, he is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1993.

Daryl has been with Parks & Company full-time since February of 1990 and a partner from 2001 to 2022. His specialty is in individual and small business taxation and consulting, tax planning and estate planning & taxation.

Daryl was born and raised in Palmyra. He has a daughter, son, grandson, and granddaughter.

Sandra Soderstedt, CPA, MBA

Sandra I. Soderstedt has been with Parks & Company since 1994 and a partner from 2001 to 2022. She is a graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania (B.S.B.A.), and a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania (MBA). She is also a Member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1991. She has been a professional advisor for Quickbooks since 2000 as well.

Sandra specializes in tax preparation for partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. She prepares and overviews all financial statements, including compilations, reviews, forecasts and valuations. Sandra is a QuickBooks professional advisor who can set-up and help maintain your software. Sandy makes her home in Palmyra with her husband and two sons.

David Beidler, EA

David S. Beidler is an accountant specializing in individual, non-profit, and gift tax returns. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Clemson University in 1996, and has been working at Parks & Company since December of 1996 and has been a partner since 2023.

David has also gained a vast range of knowledge in many different areas of tax and accounting including payroll, small business setup, and tax planning for the future.

David was born and raised in Palmyra, and currently resides in Campbelltown with his wife and daughter.

Brent A. Hoffman, CPA

Brent A. Hoffman has been with Parks & Company since February of 2003 and a partner since 2023. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lebanon Valley College in May of 2003. Brent is a member of both the AICPA and PICPA. Since joining Parks & Company, he has prepared numerous individual and corporate tax returns. He also prepares financial statements, including compilations and reviews. Other areas of knowledge include payroll, tax planning, and business setups and dissolutions.

Brent is originally from Myerstown, PA. He currently resides in Palmyra, PA with his beautiful wife, Amy, and their two amazing daughters, June and Tilly.

Kelly McFeaters, EA

Kelly S. McFeaters is an accountant specializing in individual income taxes, as well as small business set up, payroll, tax planning and QuickBooks. She received her Associates in Specialized Business Degree in Computerized Accounting Management from Consolidated School of Business in 1999. She went on to work as an accountant for a firm in Harrisburg before taking a few years off to raise her family. She has been employed by Park & Company since 2009 and partner since 2023. Kelly passed the Enrolled Agent exam during the fall of 2019. These credentials are recognized at the federal level and licensed by the IRS.

Kelly was raised in North Annville and currently resides in East Hanover Township with her husband, Steve, and their three children, 2 dogs, and ever growing herd of Nigerian Dwarf Goats. Kelly can often be found cheering on her children’s sports teams, gardening, reading and spending time with her family!

Jenna Washburn

Jenna started as an intern with Parks & Company in January 2022 and was hired full-time as a tax accountant upon graduating from Penn State Harrisburg with her accounting degree in May 2022.

Jeanette Johnson

Jeanette Johnson is the Office Manager for Parks & Company. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business including billing, scheduling, and customer service. Her organization skills keeps our team running smoothly. Jeanette takes pride in making sure that each one of our clients are taken care of in a courteous and professional manner.
